Currently servicing: chef’s knives, paring knives, and other standard kitchen knives.

I match the existing angle on your blade unless you request something specific or the knife needs more extensive work. Maintaining the existing angle is the best way to minimize the amount of metal removed and extend your knife’s lifespan.
